The pillared, slightly inclined chapel, which is located in the Chaloupka bakery enclave, was built by pious mountaineers on the way from the city center to Zelené dol. Since 2004, the chapel has been decorated with a larger-than-life bronze statue of a pilgrim. Its author is the artistic blacksmith Libor Hurda. The well-known figure of the eastern part of the Krkonoše Mountains, which was called the "Grey Wolf" served as his model.
