"The full name Česká poštovna Anežka, it was designed by architects Martin Rajniš and Patrik Hoffman and is built on Sněžka, it even has a zip code assigned to it.
The "New" Post Office replaced the Old Post Office which dates from about the mid-19th century, in 2008 the Old Post Office was dismantled and brought down by cable car and helicopter.
The construction of the Czech Post Office is a wooden puzzle made of 20,000 parts. The envelope of the post office is made of double glass and wooden shutters, which can be adjusted to transform the Post Office from a modern glass building into a wooden shed and thus adapt it to the weather conditions. There is a spiral staircase on the north side that leads to a viewing terrace."
